Recession and Expansion
There are times when the economy is brisk and everyone feels confident about his or her prospects for the future. As a result, they spend money. People eat out more, buy new cars, and…
…they buy new homes.
Then, for one reason or another, the economy slows down. Companies lay off employees and consumers are more careful about where they spend money, perhaps saving more than usual. As a result, the economy decelerates even further. If it slows enough, we have a recession.
During such a time, fewer people are buying homes. Even so, some homeowners find themselves in a situation where they mus … [Read More...]
When conversing with real estate agents, you will often find that when they talk to you about buying real estate, they will refer to your purchase as a “home.” Yet if you are selling property, they will often refer to it as a “house.” There is a reason for this. Buying real estate is often an emotional decision, but when selling real estate you need to remove emotion from the equation.

My husband and I are property managers and we have dealt with many, many real estate agents in our careers, and no other agent has ever wowed us before. Julie previewed homes for us personally before bringing us to the properties. She sent us floor plans and development plans to review so that we could select THE perfect house and location. Her work ethic, knowledge, and responsiveness made this the easiest and most pleasant purchase of our lives. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. ~ Buyer
For a first time seller/ buyer, it was very important to me to have someone experienced and someone I could trust to sell my house and find a new house in the short time the bank gave me. From our first initial meeting Julie’s knowledge about real estate showed and I felt very confident in trusting her. I know she spent many hours and at odd hours because of time variances negotiating with the bank on my behalf for the bank to accept the buyers offer. Because of her efforts, my house sold and I was able to move into my new house within 2 months. ~ Seller
Julie is an excellent agent. She goes out of her way to complete the sales process. Is very up to date on all the new ways to process offers & inspection paperwork. ~ Buyer
